Wg. Cdr. Bhupendra Renjen brings over 58+ years of diverse experience spanning the Indian Air Force, international marketing, and event management. He founded Global Nexus in 2006 with a vision to build a leading conference and event management company in India.
An alumnus of prestigious institutions including the National Defence Academy (Khadakwasla) and Defence Services Staff College (Wellington), he served in the Flying Branch of the Indian Air Force for over 20 years. During his service, he held key roles in training, strategic planning, and leadership, managing large teams and high-pressure operations.
Post his defence career, he transitioned into the corporate world, working with renowned organizations such as Thermax Ltd., the Birla Group, and Kuoni Travels. He gained extensive experience in international marketing, global operations, and exhibition management, organizing events and conferences across India and overseas.
With over 20 years of expertise in the meetings and events industry, he is recognized as a conference specialist with deep insights into executing high-impact events, including government, corporate, and international projects.
His leadership is driven by a strong focus on quality, strategic execution, and delivering value-driven solutions to clients.
Ms. Nalini Sharma a B.A, B.Ed from Delhi University. Had a long tenure at Delhi Public School; served as Principal of International School at Tanzania. On her return and to fulfill her Entrepreneur spirit, she started and successfully ran “Dragon Search” an HR Agency to cater for Senior Managers requirement in Africa & Middle East. An avid golfer who has represented her club abroad. She is part of the NOIDA Golf Club Management Team.
Her strengths are sponsorships, tournaments and she takes care of special projects.
Post Graduate in Defence Studies; a product of National Defence Academy, Air Force Academy and Defence Services Staff College.
Over 48 years of diverse experience. 28 years as Flying Branch Officer in the IAF. He performed a number of diverse functions covering flying, administration, operations and personnel management etc. in managerial capacity. And 20 years of corporate experience as General Manager Marketing at the Paharpur Business Centre & Software Technology Incubator Park (PBC_STIP). The two organisations flourished under has GM’ship. PBC had for large number of times over 100% occupancy.
Commendation by the Chief of the Air Staff for excellent performance and dedication to duty on 26 January 1995; Commendation by the Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief for excellent performance in 1970. Served with the VVIP Squadron; appointed to fly the 3 VVIPs of our Country, i.e., The President, The Vice President and The Prime Minister. Was a Member, Pay Commission Cell.
He has participated in a number of Global Exhibitions and is a frequent foreign flier looking for business opportunities.

Sachin is Graduate from Delhi University, holds Diploma in Aviation and Tourism and MBA in International Tourism in Business from IITTM. He is an energetic professional who manages our corporate clients with complete dedication and sheer hard work. He has got vast knowledge of MICE and Tourism. His diverse work involves operations, meetings and client servicing.
